We give people a helping hand, not a handout. By providing skills training, housing aid, and the means to live a healthy lifestyle,
we help individuals and families who value the opportunities that your support affords them.

What We Do

Hope Housing

We provide free housing to assist individuals/families in need. Qualified applicants live in our homes rent-free for six months to one year. We focus on helping the homeless and the unemployed to get a second chance for a better life.

Employment Programs

We offer a helping hand to those in need, in crisis, in search of ways to succeed. We do not offer handouts! Through our employment program, we give deserving individuals the opportunity to help themselves and learn the necessary skills to be good employees.

Hope Organic Farm

Our sustainable Aquaponic farm will provide free organic food to individuals/families. We will not only offer free healthy food options to homeless/low-income families, but also to cancer patients and those in the community seeking a healthy lifestyle. Hope Organic Farms will also facilitate as an animal sanctuary and a center of education, leisure and support for the community.

Who We Are

Grey Nguyen | Founder


As the founder of Hope Mobile, Grey saw an opportunity to help those in need and his ideas became a reality. Throughout his career, his passion was to empower entrepreneurs, investors and business owners, with real tools necessary for financial success and wealth creation. He is an educator, economic analyst and business legal expert. He holds advanced degrees from UC Irvine and Golden Gate University.

Ken Moffatt | President


He is an attorney who practices bankruptcy law.  He was born and raised in Garden Grove, and graduated from Garden Grove High School in 1983.  He graduated from the Pacific Coast University of Law (J.D).

Anh Paschal | Vice President


Anh is an estate planning and transactional attorney, and has been involved in nonprofit work for over 15 years.  She serves as the 2018 Chair of the Elder Law section, Orange County Bar Association.  She graduated from Pomona College (Bachelor in English Literature), the University of Southern California (Master in Professional Writing), and Whittier Law College (J.D.).

Casey Caron | Director of Operations


With a professional background in Small Business Financing and Business Development, Casey is a great addition to the Hope Mobile team.  As the Director of Operations, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects and operations of the different programs that Hope Mobile has to offer.  Casey graduated from California State University Fullerton with a Bachelor in Radio, Television, and Film.

Joyce Downs | Volunteer


Joyce has 25 years of experience in the corporate world working with in every level of business from start-up companies to fortune 50 companies. She is an expert in Human Resources specializing in employment law, legal compliance, policies and procedures development, human resources records management, recruitment and retention, training and development, succession planning, mediation, conflict resolution, executive coaching and leadership development. Joyce has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She is an executive coach, keynote speaker, certified training facilitator, corporate leadership consultant and certified as a Cultural Transformation Tools Practitioner.

Kaitlin Fitzgerald | Volunteer


Kaitlin is one of our seasoned volunteers. She graduated from MUM University with a bachelors in Physiology and Health. She grew up in Chino Hills, California. Kaitlin enjoys playing with her new puppy Neila and previously worked for the Disneyland Resort. She’s currently pursuing her Doctorate Degree in Acupuncture Therapy.

Hope Mobile is a tax-exempt non-profit organization. Your donation is tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
The full amount of your donation goes to support Hope Mobile’s programs and activities gears to assist those who need a helping hand.
We appreciate your donations that support our programs and activities. It is possible to direct your donation to a specific program or to benefit only a certain area where we are supporting. However, we request that you contribute unrestricted funding, allowing us to allocation your donations where the needs are greatest. To restrict a donation, you must e-mail us with the program and area you want your donation to benefit. Include your full name, complete address, the amount of your donation, and your donation receipt number.
To make a donation in memory of another person or to honor a special occasion, you can request a letter or e-mail to be sent to the honoree as notification of your donation to his or her name. The honoree will receive an acknowledgement of your contribution in his or her name, but without the amount of your contribution. The amount of your contribution will only be on your tax receipt. You make also request to remain anonymous.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tax receipt acknowledging your donation.
You can provide a monthly gift simply by having your contribution automatically transferred from your credit card each month. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tax receipt after each transfer. To register, sign up online.
The Hope Initiative is for donors who wish to make significant long-term commitments to support Hope Mobile and its good programs. To join, donors are asked to pledge a minimum of $5,000 a year for a minimum three-year period.
We have various planned gift options that include bequests, charitable trusts or annuities, and retirement assets. To learn more about how you can support Hope Mobile’s programs and activities, please contact us to find out more about our various planned giving options.
Hope Mobile accepts financial donations and other items including vehicle, boats, plane, or similar donations. We also accept donations of food, clothes, shoes, toiletries and more. You can also donate your time by volunteering to assist our programs and activities that assist those who need a helping hand.
